While we bring experience and learnings from diverse sectors, our expertise is in leading edge bid strategy, content and management. Our experience covers diverse large-scale procurement opportunities including market soundings, EOIs and open tenders, invite only pitches, requests for proposal, and proactive pursuits for one-off major projects, long term supply agreements, and standing offer and panel arrangements.

Unfortunately, no.

We already have a preferred creative services supplier. Can you work with them on our bid materials?
Absolutely. We can collaborate effectively with any combination of your internal resources and external partners on the production of bid content and artefacts. We can also source and manage specialist suppliers for you if required, for printed materials, video content, digital products, etc.
What happens if you think we should pull out of a bid process?
We typically come on board after our client has made a firm go/no-go decision. Regardless, our success fee-biased remuneration structure means our incentives align closely with yours. If we assess that the costs and risks of a given pursuit outweigh the expected rewards, we will tell you candidly. And if material new facts come to light that change the equation, we will happily conclude the engagement.
Can you assist with contract negotiations?
We help clients position and plan for price and contract negotiations. However, we believe the actual negotiations are best managed by your team.

Can you share some of your success stories?
Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot share specific details of our past engagements. Instead, we can connect you directly with past clients for your due diligence during our consultation process.
We’re a long shot for this opportunity. Will you still work with us?
Our experience suggests that there are typically two to five genuine contenders for any major contract. We aim to partner with one of these contenders and elevate their bid to the top. We work best with clients who are serious contenders and are committed to a strong bid.
